-I've been roasting the light roasts a touch more, aiming to bring out as much acid and sweetness as possible without getting roasty/medium tone flavors. I think these batches fit the bill
-brewing recommendation: grind finer than usual and don't be afraid of a longer brew/drawdown (5-6min with french press or pour-over is fine). also, with your pour-over or french press, give it a vigorous 10 second stir or swirl at the beginning
